All flowers are subject to availability and Quality on market day. Substitutions may occur where requested flowers/colours is not available or up to standard.

CANDLES- if available scent is unavailable on your required date your fragrance will be substituted for a different scent.

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Please Note - Delivery Area is Gold Coast Only.

Standard Delivery $19

- Strictly 20km

- Any Shipping address outside 20km needs to be confirmed via email or phone before ordering.

- Extra charges will apply outside 20km

- If your shipping address is an outer suburb please confirm we service the area before placing the order.

- 20 km is by road *( not geographical)

- No specific time means no specific time. Deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm

- If a specific time frame is required Please email or phone to confirm we can provide the services details will be an extra charge.

Please make sure when placing your order that you have given us the full postal address of the recipient, any special instructions and your contact details including mobile or daytime telephone number. **Please Note - any incorrect addresses will incur an extra delivery charge **

Special Instructions includes deliveries to hospitals, hotels and offices

if you would like a priority Delivery (within 4 hours of ordering) or AM delivery ($39) this is not always guaranteed, any orders that are placed express are within 4 hours of ordering. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY as we open at 9am will be done before 1pm.

Saturday and Sundays (and public Holidays) delivery cut off is 11am for same day $19, any orders received after 11am for same day will be delivered the following day

 

Cut off for same day delivery is 2pm weekdays, If you require a delivery for same day after 2pm please give us a call to check if possible.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING is not guaranteed on peak periods such as Valentines day Feburary 14th, Mothers Day Friday through to Sunday, but we will do our best to fufill within the time frame

Currumbin Valley + $20 additional delivery required

Ormeau/Kingsholme + $20 additional delivery required

 Hotels/motels/homestays - please be sure when placing an order the person will still be there on delivery. If for any reason they have checked out and order Can not be delivered you will be issued with a store credit voucher. - we will not under and circumstances give a refund.
