Returns and Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers we do not offer returns or refunds on any of our products on the online Store.

  (Please Note we are Gold Coast Delivery, rural areas are not included if you are unsure call us.) Local delivery covers 20km by road.

No refunds accepted if you proceed to choose gold Coast Delivery when checking out but state a different area. Ie. Brisbane, Sunshine Coast etc

Any payments processed with After pay will be refunded minus 8% (the afterpay fee + admin processing fee)

All other refunds will be minus 6%

We do not offer refunds for any reason such as change of mind if in this case you will be supplied with a voucher of Store Credit.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute some of the contents or packaging with an item of equal or greater value. The substituted items will closely match the original choice. Should we feel that the order cannot be processed due to lack of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.
